COPPA DI TESTA IN JUTE SACK

Our “Coppa di testa” is a unique specialty of its kind. It is prepared by our artisans using lean pork meat from the head, neck and cheek.

The mixture is coarsely ground, cooked and then placed in a characteristic jute sack.
It is eaten sliced or cubed. Characterized by sweet flavor and soft texture, is recommended for appetizers or as an accompaniment to bread, bruschetta etc.
